Poor photoshopping skills in full effect here (Not mine - I'm good at it).

First, here's a picture of Britney Spears at a German concert in a very tight outfit that is slowly riding down:

Then, here's a picture of Britney Spears with supposed "nipple-poppage":

Magically, her nipple has moved from the normal place it would be on any woman's breast to a spot five inches higher! Obviously, the person who photoshopped this photo has never seen a real woman naked.

Just amusing. I'm sure people will be selling this as the real thing now. Like a nipple really makes a huge difference. When she's in a hidden sex video ala Paris Hilton, Geena Lee Nolin, or Pamela Anderson, then it might be interesting.
