I wonder if she was counted in Stanford’s employment stats. The practice of law can be compared in many distinct ways to prostitution, so I guess she was well prepared.
Is it a tort if your pimp slaps you?
If she told her john before they paid that she didn’t want a pearl necklace, is it prior restraint? If he does it anyway, can she sue for breach of contract?
Does a Dirty Sanchez violate the Bar’s Ethical Rules?
