This is an interesting quiz. I almost wish it was longer, because it is surprisingly accurate. I was born in Boston, lived there for three years, and then moved to Florida. My parents and grandparents have thicker accents (they pahk the cah, something that's big is yooge, and wicked is still used to describe something cool), but I don't think I really have an accent. I might have a small affectation of their accent when I hang out with them more, but other than that, I think it's a pretty flat American accent. I was impressed that this quiz managed to suggest that I have a Boston accent.
