I mean, it's a Prince song, and she totally puts Prince's version to quivering shame. NOBODY can do that. From your list, I also love "Wicked Game" (an a cappella group out of Denver called The Diners used to do a magnificent rendition of that song), "One," "Eternal Flame," and "Total Eclipse of the Heart" (Jim Steinman can do no wrong... except when he attempts to sing, which he can't). I used to love "Unchained Melody," but four decades of bad cover versions and Patrick Swayze ruined it for me. And while I'm not all that crazy about Lisa Loeb's music, I do think she's the cutest thing since Martha Quinn in the early days of MTV.
