Avitaween 2009: What I did with your vacation photos
Those of you who sent in vacation photos helped us out with our decorations immensely. As I said yesterday, we converted my game room into a war room and covered three walls with "Recent Sightings", which were all 122 vacation photos submitted that had aliens photoshopped in. You can view the whole set here, but here are some of my favorites, and I've also embedded a slideshow of all of them, too. Thank you to each of you who submitted a photo!

You should go! A bunch of us are driving to Vegas Thurs night (getting there late) and staying out all night and leaving Sunday. Others arrive on Fri. Since you have to fly, I'd recommend flying Thursday to give you more time. We're staying at Planet Hollywood, but you can stay wherever & just meet up with us.

Dude. That's my birthday. And I was thinking of going to Vegas already. Like maybe with Ren. Now I have more thinking to do.

As Wayne mentioned — really surprised to find that he beat me to the punch — we are toying with the idea of a December trip to Vegas, and he even suggested that date. Both our birthdays are in December.

It costs me less to fly to Vegas than it does to drive there, and I have a friend that lives there as well. Alas, I don't know the bloggers.

Those photos are so cool! Some of them are kind of like playing Where's Waldo; Where's the Alien? My favorite is the one of NYCWD. You couldn't have picked a better alien for that shot!

HHH was looking at the photo on flickr last night and suddenly said "What the hell is that behind me!?!" I laughed so hard I nearly spurted coke out my nose, and with the prices my dealer charges, that's a crime in and of itself!!
PS- I love Vegas….. who is making plans for this?
